Question: Where can i learn the basics of men's fashion?

I'm about to get rid of a lot of worn and stained clothes. It's occurred to me to use this as a chance to learn something about men's fashion and improve my look. Trouble is, I don't know where to look to get basic information or a solid introduction. Where should I look to get some tips?
